Nicole is from Bayside, NY. She earned her Bachelors degree in Biology and Chinese Language from Hunter Collège. Because Nicole is still relatively new to the lab she has yet to hone a particular skill, but she does like to grow up commensal bacteria and run efficacy assays.

She started as a Summer Volunteer in the lab and is now working as a lab technician with Dr. Ria Goswami on her project titled "Gut microbiome interventions to reduce HIV oral acquisition in infants.”

In NYC, Nicole loves to dine in at different Malaysian restaurants around Queens.
